    • We offer free standard shipping depends on the items as you will see in catalogue.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • Orders placed after usual delivery, some special reason ( quality , high demand items,Ā  strikeĀ  shipment ,etc) ,Olivia will inform you , why and when may be processed accordingly each special situation.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
    • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address for delivery.

    • If you wish to have items shipped to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each address.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages:
